What does it mean to partner with local government on community development projects? A strong public-private partnership is critical to ensuring progress and success in a number of community-building areas including public art installations, cultural events, revitalization projects, beautification efforts and economic development initiatives. Understand the basics of partnering with local government and hear directly from municipal leaders about what they look for when partnering with private sector entities or non-government organizations. The session will open with a basic overview of public-private partnerships and include a panel discussion on partnering essentials.
